Returns

Our commitment to our customers is second to none, we aim to deliver as soon as possible on all stock items and for all non-stock items without delay within a reasonable period. Should you for any reason not be satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns when supplied in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

All our stock items are 100% refundable and we guarantee to refund you without quibble on any products you are not completely satisfied with, within the above timeframe. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note Humac Associates will not permit any order/s to be redirected, once an attempt has been made to deliver to the nominated delivery address. All orders whereby delivery is not possible (for whatever reason), will be held for a short time to enable an alternative delivery at an extra charge.

Any orders which fail to be collected and are returned to Humac Associates will be subject to a minimum £30.00 admin charge.

By purchasing from us you accept our terms and conditions, and you are agreeing for this fee to be charged accordingly.

Please report all shortages or damaged items on the delivery note issued by the carrier, as Humac Associates will not accept responsibility for damaged or shortages unless detailed on the carrier delivery documentation.

Any returns are to be at the buyer's cost so please ensure you obtain free proof of posting, when returning items.
